Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia with the following options:

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $9

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (5-15 business days): $15

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping (10-20 business days): Price varies depending on weight

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Business Days: Our orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping & Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order's progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses within New Zealand or Australia.
